Returns & Refund Policy

In the scenario of wrong order placed or incorrect order delivered, kindly send the image of the product immediately on and max within 24 hours of delivery date.

We will initiate a refund / resend new order as per your guidelines once the parcel is received by us.

In the scenario of a product delivered with damages, kindly take an image of the damaged product and send it to us on within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the subject line of the email as Subject: - Damaged Parcel - <<"Your Name">>. We will send a replacement parcel within 7 working days, if you need a refund so mentioned accordingly and we will process it.
